How we work
A clear filtration process from measurement to commissioning
A quote is not just a price list. We measure and report site data, determine capacity, select the correct bag/equipment combination, and tie installation and commissioning steps to a visible plan.

Site Measurement
Suction points, duct diameters, existing filter and fan condition, differential pressure, temperature and dust characteristics are recorded on site.

Measurements and photographs are converted into a technical report, clarifying problem sources, risks and areas for improvement.
Capacity Determination
Target flow, filter area, air-to-cloth ratio, fan pressure and compressed-air demand are calculated together.
Filter Bag Selection
Bag media, cage, venturi and pulse-jet compatibility are determined based on temperature, humidity, chemical environment, abrasiveness and emission target.
Technical Resourcing
Bags, cages, valves, rotary airlocks, screws, fans and other required equipment are scheduled in line with the project programme.
