Dust collection and bin handling in one mobile unit.

The HTF-MAT range combines a wheeled base, upper filter bag and detachable metal collection bin. The fan-equipped 2600-FL and externally supplied 3400-FS configurations were developed for different process and layout requirements.

Equipment tailored to your project.

The 2,600 and 3,400 Nm³/h figures are requested project duties, not measured unit capacities. Fan duty, media, filtration area, safe fill level and bin payload are finalised for the application. Normal volumetric flow is converted to actual flow using operating temperature and pressure.

Fan-equipped model

The 2600-FL arrangement carries the fan and motor on the base. Suction connections, filter housing and drive layout are assessed together.

Fanless model

The 3400-FS is engineered for an external air source. A two-column suspension and support structure carries the long upper bag.

Bin removal

The upper filter bag remains in place. After stopping and isolating airflow and releasing pressure, the bin is lowered and removed using the ramp and locking arrangement.
