What information is required for a filter bag quotation?
Bag dimensions, diameter-length, top and bottom details, material/weight, operating temperature, dust type, moisture, chemical environment, quantity and photos of the existing system are the most critical information for a quotation.
How is a baghouse system selected?
Airflow, dust load, temperature, emission target, filter area, air-to-cloth ratio, pulse system, air equipment pressure and dust discharge equipment are evaluated together.
Does Hantech Filter only sell products, or also provide field support?
In addition to product supply, support can be provided for field measurement, technical reporting, installation, revision, commissioning and spare-parts continuity.
Which industries do you serve?
We serve dust-generating industrial processes such as cement, lime, gypsum, mining, iron-steel, energy, asphalt, concrete plants, food, chemical, glass, foundry, textile and recycling.
How are urgent spare-parts requests handled?
Current part dimensions, brand/model, photos and quantity information are collected. Equivalent suitability, lead time and technical risks are clarified before preparing the quotation.
How long does a quotation take?
For standard spare-parts requests, a quick response is possible when technical data is complete. For custom manufacturing, system or site-survey work, timing depends on scope clarity.
How can filter bag life be extended?
Correct media selection, cage surface, pulse adjustment, compressed-air quality, differential pressure tracking, leak control and regular maintenance are the main factors determining bag life.
Do you offer export or intercity shipment?
Domestic shipment within Turkey and export processes can be evaluated depending on project and product scope. Packaging, delivery terms and document needs are clarified at quotation stage.
