In lime and gypsum production, the kiln, cooling, milling, hydration, silo, and packaging points differ in terms of temperature and moisture. Filters, fans, bags/cages, rotary valves, screw conveyors, and air slide equipment are selected based on the product's reactive and fine-particle nature.
