Why the filter bag is not uniform in the cement plant
The raw mill runs hot with abrasive dust, the clinker cooler swings to peak temperatures, and the packing point can carry fine dust and moisture. The same media won't give the same service life at every point.

Which media is recommended for the farin mill?
P84, PPS or fiberglass media is assessed against process data — continuous/peak temperature and dust abrasiveness; one medium isn't right for every plant.
Why is bag life shorter at the point of packaging?
The moisture/fine-dust mix can shorten service life if media selection or the air-to-cloth ratio isn't right — it should be assessed together with field data.
What might the bag failure in the clinker cooler be related to?
Peak-temperature swings and thermal shock mean the media must be chosen for the peak value, not just the continuous-temperature limit.
