Bag Filter Manufacturing: Production Process from Cutting to Quality Control
In baghouse filter-bag manufacturing, media cutting, seaming, top-connection assembly and quality control run in sequence to hold dimensional tolerance and process fit. Hantech Filter starts this process from process data and the existing bag.
Cutting & sewing
Media rolls are cut to the process size; seams and edge bands are applied with a technique matched to the bag type.
Qual"ty report
Dimensional tolerance, seam strength and top-connection fit testing are checked at the end of production.
Field mounting support
Guidance for correct field installation of the bags is provided, with on-site support when needed.
Manufacture of bag filters from cutting to shipment
The manufacturing process starts once process data and dimensions are confirmed, continues through media cutting and seaming, and bags that pass quality control are prepared for shipment.
